Here is how you make Gingerbread Boy Cookies:

Cream shortening and sugars; add eggs and beat well. Add molasses; add flour with dry ingredients alternately with coffee. Continue to add additional flour to make a stiff, heavy batter. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.Roll dough out on well-floured board to almost 1/4" thickness. Cut out with gingerbread boy cutter. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes.
