Add brown sugar substitute, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and cloves. Beat until well mixed, scraping side of bowl as needed. Beat in molasses and egg. add the two flours, beating just until combined. Divide dough in half, cover and chill for 2-3 hours or until easy to handle.On a lightly floured surface roll dough, 1/2 at a time, to 1/8-1/4 inch thickness. Cut out shapes, re rolling scraps as necessary.
