12 dove dark chocolate hearts or squares melted in microwave

Makes 4-5 dozen (Nutrition info for 4 dozen)Cream butter and splenda in a medium bolw till blended add lemon peel, juice, egg and vanilla and blend until fluffy. Combine flour, powder adn salt and add to cream mixture gradually beating well.roll dough into 1" balls and place on baking sheets. Flatten with the floured bottom of a glass. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until set and edges just start to turn light gold. Do not over bake and brown. Cool on wire racks and dip 1/2 each cookie into meldet dark chocolate or use a sandwich bag and fill with melted choco late and drizzle over all cookies.
