2 tsp butter (soft)

4 Tblsp Lemon juice (more or less according to taste)

Mix butter with sugar until very light and fluffy. Add cornstarch and flour, miing well. Using a cookie press, place on cookie sheet. Or Shape dough into one-inch balls. Flatten out with bottom of glass, dipped in flour. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
