Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla and beat until combined.In a separate bowl combine together baking powder, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add to butter mixture and combine thoroughly. Mix in oats, flax seeds and rice krispies. Mixture will be very thick/stiff.Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
