Mix Flour, Baking Soda, salt and Sugar together in bowl.Add Vanilla and Softened Butter, mix on medium for 3 minutes until consistently dark and crumbly.Add Egg mix slowly until incorporated.Add granola and berries n cherries, mix until incorporated.Make tablespoon size balls in your hands and place on greased cookie sheet.Press each ball down to desired thickness.Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.Transfer to cooling rack.Once cooled, eat the cookie!Serving Size:?Makes 1 & 1/2 - 2 Dozen cookies.
