1 c packed dark brown sugar
.5 c flour
.5 tsp salt
6 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 c cranberries, raspberries or red currants

How Do I Make Cranberry Crunch?

Here is how you make Cranberry Crunch:

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Butter a bread pan or 6" x 9" pan. Blend together all dry ingredients except white sugar. Then cut in butter until mixture is crumbly but holds together. Spread half over bottom of pan and press gently packing down. Cover with fruit and white sugar. Top evenly with other half of crum mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until fruit is tender and crunch is firm and well-browned, about 30-40 minutes. Let cool for 20-25 minutes. Cut into squares and server with ice cream or whipped topping.
