How Do I Make Coconut Cream Shooters?

Here is how you make Coconut Cream Shooters:

Toast coconut and set aside to cool. Mix the pudding mix, 3/4 of the coconut, extract, and milk together. Based on 1 graham cracker per dish; crush graham cracker and place half the crumbs at the bottom of a 1 cup dessert dish. Spoon in 1/8 of the pudding mixture. Sprinkle the other half of the cracker crumbs on top of the mixture. Spoon in another 1/8 of pudding mixture. Repeat with 3 more 1 cup dessert dishes. Place 2 T. of cool whip on top of each dessert.
