Wash and slice 2 cups of strawberries. Mash/Puree strawberries briefly or with short pulses with mixer or blender but do not pulverize making sure there are some nice bite-size chunks of strawberries. Set aside. Mix together cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Freeze in your ice cream maker following manufacturer instructions.
