Here is how you make Crepes:

Mix all the ingredients together, add more flour/water until medium thick consistency (not too watery and not too heavy!). Use a little bit of olive oil in the pan for frying at medium heat. You will not need to add oil for every crepes! Remember to even out the batter in the pan until the crepes is as thin as you'd like them. Wait until the batter is dry and easily comes off before turning the crepes and frying it on the other side.
