1/4 Cup Oat Flour (this can be made at home, just place 1 1/4 cups quick oats or old fashioned uncooked in blender or food processor. Blend about 1 minute, stopping blender to stir occasionally. Makes 1 cup)

Here is how you make Mulberry Crisp:

Preheat oven to 375 deg F. In a medium bowl, combine Granola, Oatmeal, Brown Sugar Blend, and Cinnamon. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and blend in egg, mixing until the topping is crumbly. Set aside.To prepare the filling, place mulberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with the oat flour. Toss gently to evenly coat the mulberries. Transfer berry mixture to a baking dish (9 x 9 usually works well) that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
