Edges should just have a hint of golden color.Mix 1/4 cup flour, salt and granulated sugar together. Add beaten eggs, mixing well. Add rhubarb. Top the pre-baked crust with this mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Mixture should be set, and have a light golden color.
