For filling, in a small mixing bowl combine apple or pear, dried cranberries, splenda, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. Unfold phyllo dough. Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a cutting board. Spray with nonstick spray.
