Here is how you make Smores fudge:

Line an 8" square pan with foil and coat with cooking spray; set aside. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with the milk; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat; cool for 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Fold in the marshmallows and graham crackers. Pour into prepared pan and spread(it will be sticky) to edges. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until firm. Lift out of the pan and remove foil. Cut into 8 strips and each strip into 4 even pieces.
