Combine sugar,flour,oil and salt. Add lemon juice. Stir milk into egg yolks, add to lemon mixture. Fold in egg whites.Pour into 8 ungreased--5oz custard cups. Set cups in shallow pan and pour hot water around them about 1 inch deep.Bake at 325*----40 minutes or til cake on top is done.
