Here is how you make Mango Cobbler:

Pre-heat over to 375 degrees.Lightly spray an 8X8 baking dish with oil.Place mangos in baking dish.Combine oats, flour, baking powder and spices in a small bowl. Add apple sauce and egg whites. Mix until completely moistened. Dough should be very stiff and thick, but if there are any dry spots, add just enough water to moisten. Spread dough over the mangos and bake for 30-35 minutes.
