Here is how you make Cinnamon muffins:

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ones. Mix with a wooden spoon. Fill in muffin shapes (i used 20 small ones) In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp cinammon and 2 tbsp sugar and sprinkle over muffins. Place in a preheated oven at 180C for 13-15mins.
