Heat oven to 350. Cream butter and brown sugar until soft. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, chips and nuts. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Batter will be thick.Grease a 9X13" pan. Spread batter into pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Glaze: Stir melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla and powdered sugar together. Add milk until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over cooled cake and allow to set up.
