How Do I Make Rhubarb Bars?

Here is how you make Rhubarb Bars:

Cook first four ingredients until thick, stir in vanilla, set a side. Mix ingredients to form crust. Press 3/4's of dough into 9x13 pan. Pour rhubarb mixture over crust and sprinkle with remaining crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until the crust is lightly browned. Cool and cut, keep refrigerated.
