1 1/2 t vanilla
6 egg yolks, beaten

How Do I Make Rice Pudding (not low calorie)?

Here is how you make Rice Pudding (not low calorie):

Combine rice and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until rice is very tender and most of the water has been absorbed.Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add milk, cream, raisins, and sugar mixture to the rice. Heat to boiling. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Take out about 1 cup of the hot rice mixture and stir it into the beaten egg yolks in a bowl. (This prevents the yolks from solidifying.)
