dissolve yeast in warm water. stir in milk,sugar,butter,salt,egg &2 c flour. beat until smooth mix in enogh remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. turn dough onto lightly floured surface knead until smooht( 5 mins).Place in a greased bowl, turn dough until double(11/2 hours) keep warm punch down dough shape let rise. Filling: roll dough into rectangle shape. spraed the butter over the dough.mix sugar and cinnamon together.sprinkle over the buttered dough. roll up tightly.pinch the edge & seal.
