Over medium-high heat, stir together 1 cup of whole cranberries and 1 cup of water in a small pot until the berries start to burst. Add 1/3 cup of sugar and stir til dissolved. Add a small packet of sugar-free Jello (I usually go with raspberry, cherry, cranberry, or, occasionally, orange). Add one more -cold- cup of water. Pour into final container and add several scoops of reduced fat sour cream in dollops. Refrigerate until firm (usually at least 5 hours; I usually leave it overnight).
