2 regular size boxes of fat free vanilla pudding
2 containers of fat free cool whip

Here is how you make Ms. Maggie's ...I don't know some kinda salad.:

Put the two boxes of fat free vanilla pudding in a bowl. Mix in the two cans of crushed pineapple until all the dry pudding is mixed well with pineapple. Stir in the Mandarin oranges. (Juice from the oranges should have been drained. ) Stir until well blended. Slowly fold in the two containers of fat free cool whip. Refrigerate for approx. 1 to 2 hours before serving. Can be spooned into pie crust for a more fattening version. We prefer this lower fat dessert served in a bowl. You can decorate your bowl with a nice zest of orange peel curled along side the inside of the bowl. This recipe serves alot. It may even serve more than 10. Just depends on your serving size.
