1 (8 oz) cool whip lite
3/4 c. splenda

1 lg. box raspberry JELLO- sugar free
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries

Here is how you make Raspberry Pretzel Salad (Low-fat):

Very good, low calories! Mix together crushed pretzels, melted margarine and 1 1/2 T. of splenda. Pack into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Let cool completely. Mix cream cheese, cool whip and 3/4 cup splenda. Once pretzels are cool spread over the pretzels. Dissolve JELLO in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 pkgs of frozen raspberries (do not drain). Mix well, let stand for about about 10 or 15 minutes until the jello starts to set, then pour over the cream cheese mixture. Let chill for a couple hours. Cut into 16 even pieces.
