In large bowl combine gelatin and boiling water. Mix well to disolve. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Add to gelatin. Mix well, then stir in pineapple. Refrigerate until partially set. Gently fold in Cool whip free and cottage cheese. Evenly pour into an 8x8 dish. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
