Crust (Bottom Layer):

2 TBSP white sugar
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
1 stick Butter/Margarine, melted

White (Middle) Layer:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tub Cool Whip

Green (Top) Layer:
2 packages of Pistachio Pudding, Instant
2 cups Milk

Here is how you make "The Green Stuff":

Make crust & press into 9x13 cooking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges start to turn brown.Mix together ingredients for the White Layer. Mix in separate bowl, the ingredients for Green Layer. Once crust has cooled, evenly spread White Layer onto crust. Then spread Green Layer onto White Layer.
