Here is how you make Stuffed Berry French toast:

Defrost frozen berries, put them in a medium size bowl. Add 2 ounces of cream cheese and mix well. Get your pan or griddle hot and spray with cooking spray. Spread half of berry cream cheese mixture on two slices of the bread and put the others on top. Place egg whites in shallow dish wide enough for the slices of bread, and sprinkle cinnamon in egg whites. Then dip both sides of the bread just like you would french toast, then place in the pan and cook until brown on both sides.
