Here is how you make Whole wheat yogurt fruit tarts:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together flour and salt. Cut in butter and shortening until coarse mixture is formed. Add in water one tablespoon at a time until mixture sticks together. Roll out on floured countertop until dough is 1/4 inch thick or slightly less. Press into muffin pan and cook for 12 minutes or until crisp. Allow to cool.
