Add a little salt. Debone the chicken and save the broth. In a smaller pan heat the olive oil and fry the onion till lightly browned. Mix in the chicken. In a larger pan put in chicken broth, chicken mixture, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, and spring onions. Cook this till it is boiling. Add capsicums. Cook till the capsicums are getting a little tender. Then add 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter. Stir till peanut butter is dissolved. Let it come to a boil.Add salt and pepper to taste.
