2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cups of tomato sauce
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green spring onions
3 green capsicums, sliced
2 cups chicken broth
2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter


How Do I Make African Meal?

Here is how you make African Meal:

Boil the chicken for about 30 minutes. Add a little salt. Debone the chicken and save the broth. In a smaller pan heat the olive oil and fry the onion till lightly browned. Mix in the chicken. In a larger pan put in chicken broth, chicken mixture, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, and spring onions. Cook this till it is boiling. Add capsicums. Cook till the capsicums are getting a little tender. Then add 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter. Stir till peanut butter is dissolved. Let it come to a boil.Add salt and pepper to taste.
