How Do I Make African Safari Pilaff?

Here is how you make African Safari Pilaff:

Cook hamburger, onions & garlic in a large skillet, drain off any fat. Add the rice & saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the water, boullion cubes, salt, ginger, peanut butter, honey, rasins & curry powder, Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover. Simmer the mixture for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
