Here is how you make American-Style Calzone (NOT DIET-FRIENDLY):

1. Cook brats in frying pan on top of stove over medium heat with vegetable oil (or prepare in manner you prefer)2. While brats are cooking, pre-heat oven to 450 and begin rolling out pizza dough (if dough is too sticky, add a pinch of all-purpose flour)3. Roll pizza dough out into a large rectangle; place on baking sheet (like the kind you'd use for cookies)4. Cover 1/2 of rolled-out dough with sauce and cheese - distribute evenly.5. Chop up both peppers. Distribute peppers evenly over the cheese and sauce.6. When the brats are fully cooked, slice them and distribute slices evenly over cheese, sauce, and peppers.7. Fold un-covered half of dough over mix of peppers, brats, cheese, and sauce.8. Place in oven. Let cook on 450 for approximately 30 minutes, or until dough is golden brown (whichever takes longer). Can be sliced into 4 or 8, depending on preferred serving size. We've generally found that 4 is better when looking to eat this as a whole dinner; 8 when it's part of a larger meal.
