(1/2) Cup of low sodium beef broth (1/4) Cup of low sodium soy sauce + 1 tbl spoon (1) Thin wheat spagette noodles 12oz (1) Tablespoon of ground ginger (1) Tablespoon of minced garlic (1) Tablespoon lite olive oil Boil noodles. Microwave frozen veggies. Meanwhile, Cook thin onion and drained straw mushrooms in olive oil + 1 tbl soy sauce until onion is translucent. Add ginger, garlic, chestnuts and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Cook until hot. Add micro veggies, noodles and beef broth mix/toss well. If more moisture is needed add more broth or water. Enjoy!
