1 T. olive oil
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 T. salt
1 t. pepper
2 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 t. rubbed sage
2 c. hot water
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

Here is how you make Apple Cider Pork Roast:

Heat olive oil in small skillet. Add onions and saute until tender; add garlic and cook until onions just begin to brown. Do not overcook. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Meanwhile, combine flour, salt, pepper, sage, and Italian seasoning in sack. Add roast and toss to coat, turning if necessary. (You should do this over the pan you'll be roasting it in, in case the flour sifts through the bottom of the sack.)Dissolve brown sugar in hot water; stir in vinegar and pour over and around roast (in baking pan). Carefully transfer garlic and onion to top of roast.Close bag (an office stapler works well to secure it) and cook on middle rack of oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Roasts can reach at least 210 degrees Fahrenheit without drying out (less for tenderloins, since they are more lean).Let roast rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
