Here is how you make Apple Curry Pork:

Preheat oven to 350. Saute apple and onion in the margarine until tender. Add curry powder, saute for about another minute, then add flour and cook for a minute longer.Add stock and milk, stir well. Pour the sauce into a 9 by 9 baking dish, add the pork, stir gently.
