1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice

Here is how you make Pork Chop and Apple Bake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place pork chops in the pan. Chop onions and slice apples then saute them on high heat for approx. 5 minutes to bring out the flavors. Put the onions and apples over the pork chops in the baking dish. Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the mix. Evenly sprinkle all spices over the mix and add water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and cook for approx. 1 hour.
