-3/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream

-5T Parmesan grated cheese (I use Aldi brand)
-1 13.25 oz box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Rotini pasta

Here is how you make Rumbamel's Bay Scallop Bacon Carbanara with Peas:

Start the water for the pasta first so you can throw the pasta in the boiling water at the same time you begin cooking everything else.Defrost the scallops in the microwave. I have a setting that I just push a button and it doesn't take long. Drain them if necessary.In a large skillet over med/high heat add 1/4 c chicken broth and garlic. Add more broth as broth boils away until you have added the full 1/2 cup, stirring to brown the garlic. Then add your scallops and peas. Stir until scallops are cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Add the cream and bacon and reduce the heat to med/low stirring constantly for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens adding the parmesan cheese between stirs.
