1 cup Yves Meatless Ground
1 Boboli Original Pizza Sauce Packet
1 Spaghetti Squash (approx 1.5 lb)
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Here is how you make AngelCityMom's Spaghetti Squash Bake:

Preheat oven to 350. Pierce the spaghetti squash all over with a sharp knife and microwave for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on wattage of your oven. Let sit for 5 minutes. Slice in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and remove the squash strands with a fork. Keep the squash shells. Measure 3 cups squash into a medium bowl and set aside (put any extra squash into fridge for leftovers). Meanwhile, saute onion, garlic, herbs, and bell pepper until onion is translucent. Add 1/2 the Boboli sauce packet, and the Ground Round and heat through. Combine the squash with the veggie/Ground Round mixture and place half in each squash shell. Divide the remaining Boboli sauce and spread over the squash. Place in baking dish and bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, return to oven for 5 minutes.
