4 Cups of Zucchini Slices (1/4" thick)
3 Slices Bacon, diced
1/2 Cup Slivered Red Onion
1 Can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 Cup finely diced Red Bell Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Here is how you make French Bake Squash:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 quarts water to boil. Add squash and zucchini. cook 3 to 4 minutes or until almost crisp tender. Drain3. In 10 inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and reserve.4. Add onion to bacon drippings. Cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes. Drain off drippings. add reserved bacon, soup, red pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove from heat. Fold in vegetables. Transfer to 2 quart baking dish. Cover with foil.5. Bake for 30 minutes6.
