Sriracha Hot Sauce 3-4 shakes (per preference)
1 packet of MASAGO
Imitation crab meat 2 cup (or approx 4-5 cans)
White Rice, long grain, cooked, 3 cup
Sour Cream, 1 cup
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1/2 cup
1 packet of Sushi Nori (I prefer roasted, up to you)

Here is how you make Sushi Bake:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees2. Mix together crab, mayo, masago (fish eggs), and sour cream in a bowl. (optional: Sriracha)3. Spread the cooked rice onto 9X13″ pan 4. Spread on top the sour cream/mayo/crab/masago mixture over the cooked rice.5. Bake at 375 degrees (about 15 to 20 minutes).Serve with nori (sushi seaweed) and furtake seasoning. Cut seaweed sheets in four.
