How Do I Make Baked Cod?

Here is how you make Baked Cod:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt 1 tbsp butter in baking pan large enough to accommodate all of the cod in a single layer. Place cod in pan. Mix bread crumbs, oat bran, parsley, garlic, and shallot in a bowl. Melt remaining 1 tbsp butter. Mix butter and lemon juice into bread crumb mixture and mix well with a fork, getting lumps out. It will be very dry. Spread breadcrumb mixture over cod.
