Combine mayo, sour cream, mustard, worchestershire sauce, and spices in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl or cup scrample the egg and set aside. Cut crust off edges of bread and slice into tiny cubes. In a large bowl, layer crab meat, mayo mixture, bread cubes, and egg. Gently fold ingredients together with a spatula. Continue until all meat is used, you don't have to use all of the mayo mixture or the egg. (Be careful not to make the mixture too wet or they will fall apart on you.) Once all ingredients above are combined, dump panko bread crumbs on a plate. Take palmfuls of mixture and form into patties, roll both sides in panko and place on a baking sheet, continue untill all is used. (count depends on size) Lightly spray canola oil over the tops and place on the center rack in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
