Here is how you make K and D Baked Zitti:

Cook the pasta in boiling water as directed until al dente. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray then put the well drained noodles in the pan. Mix in the sauce with the noodles. Layer on the Riccotta cheese in small dollops over the noodle and sauce mixture and kind of spread around a bit. Then sprinkle the mozzarrella over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
