In a blender or food processor, process onion, parsley leaves and garlic until smooth. (If no processor is available, chop ingredients into very small pieces). Stir into mashed chickpeas. 2.In a small bowl combine egg, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, lemon juice and baking powder.
