Preheat oven to 435. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme in pie dish. Whisk eggs in medium bowl to blend. Place flour on plate and season with salt and pepper. Coat pork chops on both sides with flour and shake off excess. Dip pork chops into eggs, then coat on all sides with breadcrumb/cheese mixture.Heat olive oil in a heavy large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
