Here is how you make Baked Rotini:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Make sure you have a LARGE skillet that has an oven-proof handle. Brown turkey in the Large skillet. Add sauce, Rotini, milk, water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on Med-low heat uncovered for 12-15 min. until the pasta is cooked.
