Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray ( I use aluminum foil to cover pan as well). Put salmon fillet on baking sheet.Mix all other ingredients together well. Pour mixture onto fillet. Bake salmon for 15-20, until it flakes easily with a fork, basting salmon periodically with honey mustard sauce. Serving Size: 1- 4 oz fillet.
