Saute for 3-4 minutes until tender, then add garlic, carrot, broccoli and spinach, cooking until spinach has wilted a bit. Add tomato sauce and cook until spinach has fully cooked. Add in basil, oregano and drained pasta and toss to coat. Add ricotta and about half of the Parmesan, and toss until combined.Transfer pasta mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the cheese and remained of the parmesan. Cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
