1 lb. ground chuck or ground sirloin
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes with liquid
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
2 t. ground oregano
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
2 C. shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Creamy Baked Spaghetti?

Here is how you make Creamy Baked Spaghetti:

Serves 6.In large skillet, saute onion and hamburger. Drain. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregano and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Boil the spaghetti and drain. Place half of the spaghetti in a 13 x 9 inch pan that has been sprayed with pan spray. Top with half of meat and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water, pour over entire pan of spaghetti. Sprinkle top with the parmesan cheese.
