6 Tbsp part skim shredded mozzerella

How Do I Make Emily's Baked Spaghetti?

Here is how you make Emily's Baked Spaghetti:

Mix all dry spices together in a small bowl (basil, oregano, italian seasoning, garlic powder and red pepper flakes) . Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan and saute the squeeze garlic in the olive oil for about 30 seconds over medium/high heat. Turn the heat down and add the tomato sauce, water and tomato paste stirring until thoroughly mixed together with the garlic. Add the mixture of dry spices, brown sugar and tabasco sauce to the sauce mixture. Simmer on low or medium while you brown your ground beef in a separate pan (add some squeeze garlic to your ground beef while you brown it, if you like). Drain the ground beef and add it to the sauce mixture and simmer on low or medium while you prepare the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions. (break your noodles in half before boiling so that they will be easier to spread in layers after they are cooked). Drain noodles and set aside. Coat the bottom of a 9 x13 inch casserole dish with a very thin coat of nonstick cooking spray. Starting with the spaghetti noodles layer one thin layer of spaghetti noodles, then cover the noodles with a layer of the sauce/meat mixture, then 2 Tbsp grated parmesan, 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar, 2 Tbsp mozzarella. Do this until you have 3 layers and the top layer will be topped with the 2 tablespoons of each cheese. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. Makes six servings at 462 calories per serving.
