4 cloves of garlic (small cloves, 2 if large)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 Bay leaf

Here is how you make Meatless Baked Spaghetti:

Cook pasta for about 10 minutes (should be just underdone)Combine tomatos, artichokes, mushrooms, 1 tbsp olive oil, Bay leaf and chopped garlic and let simmer. Salt and pepper to tasteCarmelize onions in 1 tbsp olive oil.In a separate bowl, mix the Ricotta and Cottage cheeses, add black pepper and garlic powder (or whatever seasonings you prefer)Drain pasta, add to the tomato sauce, mix in the cheeses. Put into a greased casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. For a more firm, drier pasta, bake uncovered.Garnish with fresh, chopped basil or parsley , serve and enjoy!
